Collecting his inspiration from all over the world, Meli
Melo’s chef Bernard Ros, brought his worldly experience all
to one place in NYC. Thus, the cuisine at Meli Melo is
eclectic, with French, Italian, Vietnamese, and Noveau
American accents. Accordingly, the restaurant obtained its
name Meli Melo, from the derived meaning of “a mixture of
flavors or cuisines.”
Running restaurants in NYC since 1971, such as Lecoco,
Ledeauville, Café Comedy and Amadeus, Bernard Ros turned
Meli Melo into a quintessential jewel on Madison Avenue and
is now offering cooking classes to the public
for ONLY $45 Per Person.
Minimum
of 10 attendees required for each class. To reserve your
spot, please send an e-mail to
sales@weatenewyork.com with the number of people
attending and the date of the class you would like to
attend. A major credit card is required to reserve your
spot. You will only be charged if the class takes place.
